Writers Read NYC celebrates BOA Editions!

BOA Editions, Ltd. is a small but mighty nonprofit publisher based in Rochester, NY. Founded in 1976 by A. Poulin, Jr., BOA has published more than 300 books of American poetry, poetry-in-translation, and short fiction, including works by W.D. Snodgrass, Li-Young Lee, Carolyn Kizer and Lucille Clifton. BOA publishes winners of BOA’s annual Poulin Poetry Prize and BOA’s annual Short Fiction Prize, and also donates hundreds of books each year to schools, hospitals, libraries, senior centers, Native American reservations, YMCAs, and other nonprofit organizations. www.boaeditions.org
